Shipping, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through www.electrocare.pk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Shipping Policy

Working Days & Order Processing

Electrocare.pk operates Monday to Thursday and Saturday.
Friday is a weekly off day.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours, excluding Fridays and public holidays.

Please note that courier partners do not operate on Sundays, therefore deliveries and dispatches are not made on Sundays.


Delivery Timeframes (Pakistan)

  • Major cities: 2–5 working days
  • Remote / rural areas (Interior Sindh, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, KPK): 5–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, accessibility issues, security concerns, or courier delays.


Courier Partners

Orders within Pakistan are delivered through reliable courier and logistics partners, including:

  • TCS
  • Leopards Courier
  • M&P Courier
  • Pakistan Post (for remote or underserved areas)

For heavy machinery or large equipment, deliveries are arranged through specialized freight or cargo transport services.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on most orders within Pakistan
  • Shipping charges apply to:
    • Heavy machinery
    • Gas cylinders
    • Oversized or special-handling items

Applicable charges are clearly shown at checkout.


2. International Shipping & Customs

International orders are processed within 3–5 working days, excluding Fridays.

For shipments outside Pakistan:

  • The customer is the importer of record
  • The customer must ensure the product is legally importable
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient

Customs charges are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused, original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Customs clearance delays are beyond the control of electrocare.pk.


3. Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods (Pakistan)

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (IBFT)
  • JazzCash
  • Easypaisa
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

⚠️ Credit cards and PayPal are not accepted.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders may be verified before dispatch. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order restrictions.


4. Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Applicable categories include:

  • Home Appliances
  • Kitchen Appliances
  • Spare Parts
  • Hardware & Tools
  • Health & Beauty Products

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Gas cylinders
  • Hygiene and personal-use items (once opened)
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Commercial HVAC & Heavy Equipment

  • No return, refund, or replacement once dispatched
  • Products are inspected and tested before dispatch
  • Support may be provided via troubleshooting or authorized service centers
  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery

5. Damage During Transit

All shipments are fully insured.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Report within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damage and packaging

After verification, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.


6. Refund Policy

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days

Refunds will not be made to any third-party or alternate account.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount

7. Replacement Policy

  • Only one replacement is allowed per order
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

8. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by emailing:

Please include your Order ID and product name.
A full refund will be issued.


After Dispatch

If the order has already been shipped:

  • Refund will be processed after the item is returned
  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund

9. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Remote locations
  • Weather conditions
  • Law and order situations
  • Courier operational delays

Electrocare.pk is not responsible for delays beyond its control but will assist in resolution.


10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including applicable Consumer Protection Acts.
